Ladies Only Karate
Our Ladies only kickboxing classes are a fantastic way to get in shape, stay in shape, or just have fun. We do not compare you to anyone else, your ability is your ability. It is strictly you against yourself. You will sweat, kick, and punch until you think you can't anymore, then you keep going.
Ladies kickboxing is a great way to meet new friends ( people just like you ) or just to get out of the house for a while, and remember, the great thing about our program, is it is designed solely for you.
