Karate Kata is a traditional set sequence of techniques put together as a fight sequence. The Kata is carried out without an opponent, however many imagine that they are fighting an opponent while performing. Kata is a very important part of our grading system and is also a key element of competion work.

Each grading period sees our (non black-belt) students being coached in a different Kata and we list below the current form:
