ADULTS
Our adult program caters for anyone over the age of 14
and everything from weapons to Kickboxing and traditional Karate.
There are three different classes so you can choose your own experience from the following:
Ladies Night 8 till 9pm
Mondays;
Tuesdays;
Are our Karate skills day and we learn all the techniques and art of Karate.
Thursdays;
Is our cardio and kickboxing day, so if you want to get fit this is the day for you (burn baby burn).
